South Texas Arts Fair

The City of Edinburg Cultural Arts Department and the Edinburg Arts Foundation proudly announced the inaugural South Texas Arts Fair, which took place on Friday and Saturday, June 13–14, 2025, at the Arts, Culture, & Events Center located at 315 W. McIntyre Street in Edinburg, Texas.

This juried event invited visual artists working in all mediums to apply, with a submission deadline of Monday, May 5, 2025. Selected artists were invited to partake in the inaugural fair, where they had the opportunity to sell their artwork to the public. Artists retained 100% of their sales.

Awards along with cash prizes were presented in various categories, including Best of Show, “Best In” Categories, and Honorable Mentions.

The South Texas Arts Fair commenced with an exclusive VIP Reception on Friday, June 13, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., offering guests a first look at the exhibiting artists, live entertainment, and refreshments. Tickets for the VIP event were available for $60, promising an elegant evening celebrating creativity and community. The fair then opened to the public on Saturday, June 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., welcoming art lovers of all ages to explore a diverse array of works from talented artists across the region.
